With the deep integration and development of new-generation information technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing, data governance is undergoing a critical transformation—from static management to dynamic empowerment, and from rule-driven approaches to intelligent decision-making. To address the challenges of soaring data volumes, multi-source heterogeneous integration, real-time processing demands, and security and compliance requirements, this thematic forum, titled "Intelligent Data Governance," focuses on intelligent data governance theory systems, key technological breakthroughs, and industry application practices. The forum aims to establish an interdisciplinary and cross-sector academic exchange platform, driving cutting-edge developments in AI-powered data quality control, intelligent metadata management, active data security defense, automated governance engines, and other frontier technologies, so as to serve the urgent needs of high-quality data governance under the strategies of the Digital Economy and Digital China. The forum invites papers from domestic and international scholars, engineers, and industry experts. All accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE for publication and indexed by EI Compendex. We sincerely welcome contributions and participation from all sectors, and look forward to exploring the future pathways of intelligent data governance together.
